Contact the survey team
In 2016, the report of the first Click-Away Pound survey was successfully published thanks to support from Enterprise Rent-a-Car, the Business Disability Forum and Business Disability International, and launched at an event supported by Royal Bank of Scotland.
Since its launch, the Click-Away Pound has made some sizable waves, drawing interest from the EU, the UK Minister for Disabled People and the business world, along with attention in print, broadcast and online media.
Looking ahead to the 2018 Survey
The 2016 survey set a benchmark in quantifying the cost to businesses of online access problems, and we are keen to build on it with a follow up survey launching later in 2017 for publication in 2018. The opportunity for the next survey is to track changes in commercial impact, and find out more about disabled shoppers’ behaviour in specific online business sectors.
We make the survey report available free to maximise its visibility and influence, but this is only possible through the support of partners. If you share our commitment to an accessible digital world and would like to support the next phase of research, please contact us:
